Get it – because it’s not just a face in the stone, but it’s super stonily serious, too. This is another one where we wonder if a little Photoshop has been involved. But it could also be just an example of pareidolia.
Pareidolia is the psychological term for the habit we humans have of spotting faces in things – like clouds, or tree branches, or the side of a cliff. Now the next time someone tells you that their toast, or the zip of their suitcase, or any other object looks like a face, you’ll know what to call it!
